Jessica McDaniel, Founder of Glow
Mentor, Certified Life Coach, and Entrepreneur
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Jessica is a passionate Mentor, Certified Life Coach, and Entrepreneur committed to empowering the next generation. A proud graduate of Oakland University with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology, Jessica has dedicated her life to empowering, encouraging, edifying, and enriching the lives of young women.
Her love for helping others began at an early age and has only deepened over the years. Fueled by her passion and purpose, Jessica founded GLOW in 2011—a transformative organization aimed at inspiring and supporting young women as they navigate life’s challenges.
Since then, it has been her unwavering mission to uplift and impact lives in any way she can.
Through intentional mentorship, personal development programs, and community support, our mission is to Encourage, Enrich, Empower, and Edify each young woman we serve. At You Glow Girl, we believe every girl deserves the chance to shine—and we’re here to help her Glow from the inside out. With our focus on building confidence, resilience, and purpose, we do this through one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, and community engagement, our programs helps young women discover their voice, own their power, and Glow boldly into their future."

Meet Glows Vice President

Ryann Snerling , Vice President
Ryann Snerling is a devoted wife and mother of two, with a deep passion for working with today’s youth and sharing the love of Christ. With a strong background in early childhood education, Ryann brings years of teaching experience and a heart for nurturing young minds.
Beyond the classroom, she is committed to encouraging women in the areas of faith, fitness, and health. Her holistic approach to empowerment reflects her desire to see women thrive spiritually, physically, and emotionally.
In her free time, Ryann enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as staying active at the gym.
